Shipping policy

New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand starts at a flat rate of $7.90 up to 0.7kg, $13.50 between 0.7kg -  1.5kg, $16 between 1.5 - 3kg, $25 between 3kg - 7kg, $35 between 7kg - 12kg, $45 between 12kg - 20kg and $55 between 15kg - 20kg.

FREE SHIPPING when you spend $100 or over within NZ (exluding wholesale orders). SALE conditions may change shipping costs.

Orders are can arrive overnight or up to 3 days within the North Island. Rural and South Island 2-5 days. You can make a special note in the "Instructions for Seller" section at the cart stage if you have any special delivery instructions. Our couriers generally do not send to PO Boxes. 
You will be sent a tracking link once your goods have been despatched. If you do not receive your purchase receipt or tracking link you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please enquire at enjoy@koabotanics.com

Courier is determined on the weight of goods in your order or FREE for orders of $120AUD or more. 
Australia shipping can take between 5 - 12 working days. If you haven't received your parcel after 12 working days please check your tracking link for details and if you still have no indication, please contact enjoy@koabotanics.com
