Shake bottle before use. Dab a small amount on the temples to ease a headache, or apply to the chest and back of the neck for sinus congestion or respiratory support. Regular daily use can help relieve muscle aches and pains, tension, support sleep, reduce PMS or menopause symptoms, and enhance mental clarity. Start with a light application and gradually build up to 2 - 6 sprays per day for adults, or 2–3 for children, depending on comfort. A tingling sensation is normal, especially at first and usually subsides within 5 - 20 minutes. As your body’s magnesium levels increase, the sensation typically reduces. If needed, dilute 1:1 with water and increase use gradually over time. Able to be spot-used for fast, effective relief.

Love this product!! It works & it smells amazing not over powering at all. The butter is a soft mousse like texture and goes a long way. I use it after the gym & have noticed I am definitely no where near as sore the next day using this.

Purchased May 2023 I’ve been suffering from back and side of my heals for months - from a bit of research Magnesium had been coming up a lot. With the availability of sample sizes I thought why not give it a go! They definitely did help but has not healed (I will go see Dr - refer to podiatrist) my problem but they do definitely alleviate some of the pain / soreness I also tired on parts of my back, neck and shoulders and they definitely eased / completely removed the muscle soreness Yea, I would recommend and I will be purchasing again!
I recently purchased 4 of these packs, 2 for my step daughter's, and 1 each for a friend and a neighbour that have been very supportive of us over the last year or two. Unfortunately I haven't had any feedback from them, but on the strength of my experience with these products, I'm sure that their response will be as positive as mine. There's nothing better than to find out that something you have trialed actually works for you.
I have reviewed this product before, and on the strength of my experience with my small size jar, decided to go large and ordered 2 this time, as the first one gifted by our daughter has all but run out. This butter is particularly soothing on joints that are a little inflamed, has a cooling effect. Its actually enabling me to be able to keep mowing my lawns,following shoulder problems.

Lovely product easy to put on super smelly.
I am 86! Been massaging magnesium and peppermint to feet, ankles, legs and knees for some time now, nerves in feet so much better, cramping almost stopped in calf muscles and feet, also massaged it into jaw muscles as tended to clench them during sleep causing much pain. I also gave my daughter a pot to use on her healing ankle after removal of the plates and screws, she found relief with that. Have been massaging kawa kawa and hemp into bone at base of my Great toe, this is working ! Magnesium/Peppermint or magnesium/lavender also works wonderfully on really bad headaches, massaged into temples and forehead. Used it also on my disabled grandaughter for a migraine, it helped, she was very grateful, thinks i am such a wise woman. Thank you Koa!
